Japanese Style Nakiri Knife 7″ AUS10 3 Layer Damascus

These Japanese style Nakiri knife blade blanks are handmade from AUS10 stainless steel.  These are designed as a veggie knife not a bone or meat cleaver. They are best when used with the Pus/Pull technique. It can be easily sharpened, and will hold an edge very well.
